A little humor regarding our mission...
As we work to learn and re-learn Spanish, our Institute director in New Jersey indicates that 90% of the students speak English. So I have suggested that Sheryl teach the first 90% of the class in English and I'll teach the last 10% in Spanish... She hasn't agreed to that plan.
We have also learned that CES stands for Cooking Every Second... Others say it stands for Constantly Eating Something... :)

The CES couple here in the DR are really busy going to all the young adult activities (dances, parties, hangouts, flash sings, etc) until all hours of the day and night! It makes me feel old, but they are very happy and having the time of their life and getting younger every day. You will grow in many ways you do not now anticipate.
