At the MTC

January, February, and early March were busy days with cleaning and preparing our home for new occupants, learning and re-learning Spanish, serving in our callings, etc. We felt a little relief when we were on the road to Provo, Utah to attend the MTC (Missionary Training Center). We have been here a week now and have loved it. There are a lot of senior missionaries here at this time. We had 160 in our group going to all spots around the world. The first week we received training from PMG (Preach My Gospel) to help us in working with inactive members and helping the full time (young) missionaries in their teaching activities.

This next week will be short - just Mon. through Wed. and will be focused on CES training. Then we are off across country to New Jersey. We will stop and see a few people on way who are right off I-70 (Sheryl's girl friend from high school, my brother, and our daughter and family). We plan to arrive in New Jersey on Tues. afternoon April 1.

Here are a few photos from our time at the MTC.
